Author's notes: I'm not a great fan of this anime/manga, I don't love it, however I think they can be quite interesting; but only getting a new angle on this story, not drawing a parallel between classical religious themes and this anime's.

Author's notes: Folken & Hitomi are the main characters of the movie and relationship between this two is really interesting theme. They're really congenial souls, they're very much alike. It's Folken Hitomi had a vision of when she was a child and it's Folken who called her to Gaea. Yes, it's Van that Hitomi bonded with later on, but her soul affinity with Folken was very deep too; but their bond was mostly through their mutual depression. Their souls responded to each other through their mutual feelings and their likeness, their affinity was so strong that it was that that overcame the distances and spaces between Gaea and Earth and it was that that allowed Folken to bring Hitomi to Gaea.
